Ottawa, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - Bobby Ryan scored three goals for his fourth career hat trick and the Ottawa Senators snapped a three-game losing streak with a 5-2 win over the Buffalo Sabres on Monday night. Ryan scored Ottawas first three goals and Clarke MacArthur and Colin Greening also found the net, ending the Senators 0-2-1 skid. Craig Anderson made 19 saves in the win, only facing two shots in the third period. Zemgus Girgensons and Mark Pysyk scored for the Sabres, who have dropped five of six. Jhonas Enroth gave up four goals on 35 shots. The Sabres scored three goals in the third period and beat the Islanders 4-3 in a shootout on Saturday night to snap a four-game losing streak, but they have lost six in a row on the road. Moore, who has not missed a start since being sidelined with a hamstring injury for the season opener in 2012, is one of them. The third-year wide receiver leads the Raiders in catches, receiving yardage and touchdowns this season. He is the only Oakland player to have a 100-yard game this season and was attempting to become the first Oakland wide receiver to eclipse the 1,000-yard mark since Randy Moss in 2005.
