PARIS， Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- Didier Deschamps Thursday recalled Olivier Giroud into the French squad for next week's World Cup qualifying match hosting Sweden and a friendly with Cote d'Ivoire.


The Arsenal striker missed France's last World Cup qualifier visiting the Netherlands on Oct. 10 due to a toe injury. He's back to fitness and scored twice in his club's English Premiership match at Sunderland.


Anthony Martial， however， was dropped as France play Sweden at the Stade de France next Friday before the Cote d'Ivoire friendly four days later， though seven players based in England were called up.


"His club coach expects more from him and so do I，" Deschamps warned the 20-year-old Manchester United forward who's under Jose Mourinho in the English Premier League.


"I have not forgotten what he has done or what he is capable of doing， but it's up to him to make efforts to find his best form，" said Deschamps.


Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema is still missing from the national squad， after being suspected of involvement in an alleged attempt to blackmail Lyon midfielder Mathieu Valbuena over a sex tape.


France are now with seven points from three games， tying with Group A leaders Sweden on points in the 2018 World Cup European zone qualifying tournament.

A global recall of fire-prone Galaxy Note 7 smartphones did not appear to hurt U.S. consumers' willingness to buy Samsung Electronics phones Cheap Men's Nike Air Max 97 Triple White , a ReutersIpsos opinion poll released on Sunday showed.


The survey conducted Oct. 26 to Nov. 9 found that current Samsung smartphone users were as loyal to their brand as Apple Inc iPhone customers. It also found that people who knew about the recall were as interested in Samsung phones as those who did not.


Samsung was plunged into a global scandal after Note 7 phones caught fire this year, prompting a worldwide recall. Some customers reported fixed phones overheated, leading Samsung to take back replacements as well. Investors expected Samsung customers would turn to alternatives Cheap Men's Nike EXP-X14 Sneakers Primarily White , chiefly Apple's iPhone 7.


Among those aware of the recall, 27 percent would first consider a Samsung smartphone if they were to shop for a phone, the poll showed. Among those who did not know about the recall Cheap Men's Nike Air Vapormax Plus Black , 25 percent would look first at a Samsung device.


The poll found that Samsung's customers were fiercely loyal to their brand. Some 91 percent of current Samsung users would likely purchase another Samsung smartphone, and 92 percent of current users would probably buy another Samsung product in general.


That was similar to the brand loyalty among current iPhone owners: 92 percent would likely buy another iPhone and 89 percent would likely buy another Apple product.


To be sure, it was unclear how much the Samsung recall weighed on the minds of consumers. The ReutersIpsos poll measured how interested people were in buying Samsung phones Cheap Women's Nike Air Max 270 Triple White , not how much the recall directly influenced their decisions.
